I am Number Four

Tadaaa~~~ Again I managed to catch a movie during the weekend. Thanks to my lovely colleague Grace for sponsoring 2 free movie tickets to me. Due to limiting factors, I watched I AM NUMBER FOUR.

And I never regret my decision at all. Gosh, I didn't know who is Alex Pettyfer before this but now I sure do. Alex Pettyfer is a hunk!

Okay, basically this movie is adapted from some novel about a teenage boy who's not exactly your average boy because he's an alien. In human form. Yeah don't ask me why. His planet was destroyed by bad guys and only nine young boys and girls managed to fled to earth. They are the future hope of the planet Lorien as each of them are unique and holds special power.

Each of them has a guardian to keep them safe on earth. So maybe not nine survivor after all. Make it eighteen. Each guardian for each kid.

He's just like any average boy except that he has some supernatural power. His power comes from his hand, or palm to be specific. He has super strength which is so not human.

And his supernatural palms can double up as torch light in the dark as well. Kinda cool huh? Very useful when the power supply is cut off hurhurhur~~~

All his life he's hiding in random places with alias names to avoid being tracked down by some other alien serial killer. Three of his predecessor has been tracked down and killed. And our hunk is next on the list. He is Number Four after all.

As the alien is very organized, they kill in numerical order. So our hunk Number Four is next on list. His guardian makes him run and hide in new place again. This time, he uses the alias John Smith.

How original.


Reckon it will not be a hit with the girls. Heck, John Smith? Can't the write do better than this?

Naturally, like human, alien falls in love too. The only difference is, this alien from this certain planet Lorien, will only fall in love once in their whole life (not sure how long is that though).

So lucky Sarah (Dianna Agron) to have this hunk fallen head over heel for you. Best thing is, you don't have to worry about his straying eyes or inconsistent heart. He's all yours.

But then again, which human sic alien wouldn't fall in love with her? She's real pretty there^^

I'll fall in love with her too if I am a boy.

Good news for all the boys out there as this movie not only does it have one gorgeous hunk, it boast TWO pretty ladies as well.
